What is WDollar?

The Wardrobeland account users may start earning Points everytime they made a purchase, and redeeming WDollar for a discount. The account created is personal and non-transferable. You must be logged into your Wardrobeland account to access your membership dashboard. If you have previously opted out as guest when purchasing, you would not be able to receive any Points.

 

How to earn Points?

For each unit of your local currency you spend on any qualifying purchase from The Wardrobeland, you will be awarded 1 Point. You will only receive 1 Point for every full unit of your local currency you spend. Using HKD as an example, if you spend $0.99, you will not receive any Points, if you spend $1.50, you will only receive 1 Point, but if you spend $2, you will receive 2 Points. The same goes to other currencies. 

 

Are there other ways to earn Points?

Points could be earned with multiple ways, for example, sharing on Facebook and Instagram and Birthday Points. It is necessary to sign into your Wardrobeland account and click on the designated icon on the item information page.

 

When will you receive Points after making a purchase?

Points will appear in your personal Wardrobeland account 30 days after your purchase was made. This is due to the order delivery time and also allowing a window for return. If the product is refunded, you will not receive any Points. 

 

How to redeem WDollar with your points?

Log-in to your Wardrobeland account, you will find a control dashboard. Press Redeem Now and a small window will pop up, from there you can select your WDollar coupon options. 

 

Can you purchase a product only with WDollar? 

It is possible to purchase a product only with WDollar if the coupon redeemed is able to cover the product you wanted to purchase. However, there will be no refund of WDollar if the coupon value is higher than the product price. For example, if the product you want to purchase costs $469 and a WDollar coupon of $500 is applied, the difference of $39 will not be refunded.

 

Can you apply multiple discount code when making a purchase?

You can only apply one WDollar discount code in every order. If you are purchasing multiple items and you have more than one WDollar discount codes, we recommend you to purchase those items separately.

 

Would WDollar affect shipping fee?

The Wardrobeland excludes shipping fee for orders over $1000. However if WDollar is applied and the final check out payment is under $1000, a shipping fee will still be applied.
